At Simbars we carry out most aspects of manufacturing in-house enabling us to achieve total control of the processes from the initial sourcing of materials through the fabrication and manufacturing to the finishing stages of shot-blasting and Rilsan Nylon dip-coating, packaging and dispatch ensuring that a product of the highest quality reaches the end user.
SECURITY PRODUCTS
An increasing amount of our work is now focused on the security industry and we are currently working with the Water Industry helping them to meet ever more demanding requirements. We are solution providers, designing and manufacturing a flexible range of products.
The Simbars Security Bar Set range offers a cost effective instant security solution for vulnerable buildings.
Our Kiosk range brings a new dimension to steel enclosures, and with its unique roof detail provides a time efficient and user friendly security solution.
Our Cage range has the same structure as our kiosks, and is in filled with a security rated expanded metal mesh making it an ideal alternative solution for less sensitive sites.
A number of these products are at present undergoing testing for LPCB certification.

Simbars design and manufacture an ever expanding range of products for this exciting growth market from simple but cost-effective cycle stands to complex custom designed structures.
Stainless steel is used primarily for these products and again we process the material from tube bending and rolling to final polishing and packing.

These parts are supplied throughout the UK and internationally.
All aspects of the manufacture of these products are carried out at our works from tube-bending to shot-blasting to the final finishing and packaging with daily deliveries by a carrier or our own transport.
